1940’S AMERICAN HAT
This statement piece Hat “cuts quite a dash”
Yvonne is made using the Original 1940’s American pattern developed for home sewers during WW11 but has been developed further to give a more structured, sturdy hat and a shallower back in the nape of the neck than ‘Elsie’ halo.
A fabulous large ‘Halo’ Hat featuring the “Victory V” shaped front brim with Sunray Topstitching details. A shaped quartered crown back to fit the shape of the head. This style will require a Hat Pin! or two!!
Model head measures 22″ Hat band measures 22.1/2″. Should fit up to a 23″ Head as it sits on the back of the head. Will require a pin, clips or hat elastic etc to secure.
Individually Hand Crafted in felt.
