TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

VINTAGE ITEMS:

Please be aware these are VINTAGE items, they are NOT new, and have been worn and used. Many have been in storage for years and are in the original condition from their previous owners. They may need dry cleaning.

Although they have been steamed and inspected, they will require additional steaming after postage.

Every care is taken to list all noticeable flaws and imperfections and all garments are carefully measured to give buyers as much information as possible on size and fitting prior to purchase.

Returns on vintage items are only acceptable if an item has been grossly misrepresented in the listing. There are no returns for ‘do not fit’.

However customer satisfaction is paramount; therefore please contact L.S.G.F immediately so any issues can be resolved quickly.

Any items agreed to be returned must be done so by method sent within 14 days.

Buyer is responsible for cost of return.

Refunds will only be issued on safe receipt of returned item and in same condition as sent.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

COMMISIONED ORDERS: HATS and DRESSES

Lead times on commission ‘Made to Order items’ will be at least 2 weeks on Hat orders and 4 weeks on a Dress, however orders will be completed as quickly as possible in the date order they are placed and dependent on how full the ‘order book’ is at that time. Please be aware all items are individually hand made and not factory produced so timescales must reflect this.

Please use the ‘contact me’ or ‘enquiry’ email links on this site to discuss and place all commission orders.

Commission ‘Made to order’ items must be paid for in full before the item is cut out and individually made by hand.

 

Except under extreme circumstances ‘made to order’ items are non-returnable.

However customer satisfaction is paramount; therefore please contact L.S.G.F. immediately if there are any unforeseen issues with your purchase and every attempt will be made to resolve any problems.

Any item agreed to be returned must be done by the same method as sent within 14 days.

Buyer is responsible for cost of return. Refunds will only be issued on safe receipt of retuned item and in same condition as sent with all labels attached, in an unworn and unused state.

ARTISAN HAND CRAFTED ITEMS: HATS and DRESSES

Ready made Artisan Hand Crafted Hats or Dresses (Items ready made and available to ‘Add to Basket’) must be returned by same method as sent (tracking and signed for) and in same condition with all labels attached and in unworn and unused state within 14 days.

Buyer is responsible for cost of return.

Refunds will only be issued on safe receipt of returned item and in its original condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All items are sent ‘Signed for’ which includes tracking and insurance cover.

L.S.G.F. cannot be held responsible for lost parcels but will endeavour to provide all relevant information to assist customer claims in the unfortunate event a parcel is lost in transit.

Therefore ALL returned items MUST be sent using the same method for the same reasons.

Please bear in mind lost parcels cannot be refunded by L.S.G.F. and must be claimed for from the parcel delivery service insurance cover.
